Join us as our dancers of all ages light up the stage with their passion, creativity, and joy for dance. At Rockstudios, we believe in building a community that uplifts one another, encouraging every dancer to shine brightly and bring joy to others through their art.
This year’s concert celebrates the beauty of dance in all its forms, from elegant ballet and dynamic hip hop, to powerful contemporary and expressive dance in many other genres.
Watch our Lil Groovers burst with high energy and enthusiasm, and our primary to senior students inspire with their grace, strength, and artistry. Together, they’ll remind us all what it means to truly light the way.

Our Concert is held at Laycock Street Theatre. The official address is:

There is limited free parking across the road and along the street, so please arrive promptly to secure a park.

Each year varies with the duration of the Concert because of the amount of students and dances. We aim to finish the Concert in 2.5hrs (i.e. 6:30pm-9pm).

We understand that many families are tight on finances and in light of this we try to keep our tickets as affordable as possible without compromising the studio. Therefore, ticket price will vary each year, but for our 2023 Concert an adult ticket is $48.95 and a child/student ticket is $38.50
Tickets go on sale at 11am on Fri 17th Nov. Available on Laycock’s website or can purchase in person from their kiosk on site.

A team of energetic and committed Dance Teachers look after the dancers throughout the night. All teachers have a Working with Children Check, are aware of child protection procedures and we have first aid trained staff on site. In addition to adult teachers, a number of backstage staff and Laycock Staff will be involved in keeping the students safe throughout the night.
